Objective

Codex Alimentarius Commission is an inter-governmental body set up jointly by the FAO and WHO in 1963. It develops international food standards, guidelines and codes of practice to ensure consumer health protection and fair practice of international trade. In this symposium, we will invite preeminent key figures in Codex, including the Chair of the Codex Alimentarius Commission and secretary to share their vision and discuss the challenges and prospects for future.
